God always chooses a human vessel as a carrier and catalyst of a revival. This individual’s ministry is always accompanied by a demonstration of supernatural signs, wonders, miracles of salvation, healing and deliverance. Philip Finkie Molefe was that chosen vessel when God ushered a revival in Sharpeville in 1954. This great move of God spread throughout the Free State province, including Lesotho and even went up north to Limpopo province and various other parts of the country.
The highlights of the life and ministry of Apostle, Dr P.F Molefe during that revival and the challenges thereof, are meant to teach and inspire our generation on how to be good stewards of a move of God. This biographical coverage serves as both a historical recollection of the revival and an analysis of lessons that can be gleaned from Molefe and his contemporaries on how we can effectively manage the moves of God in our time.
